ZOLTAN LOVAS

OVERVIEW:

Zoltan is a CrossFit Coach and owner of Nexo CrossFit, in Valencia. He is originally from Hungary, but in 2013 he decided to move to Spain and since then he has developed his Spanish skills to a fluent level, speaking now three languages with Hungarian and English.

He was playing football as a hobby until the age of 24 and then after one year of functional training and another year of long distance running, he found CrossFit, making him involved in the sport of fitness for almost 9 years now.

He opened his box in 2017 and since then has been developing himself to be a more effective coach every day. He loves travelling and being out in nature, whether it’s mountains or sea.

Zoltan did his internship with CrossFit Gymnastics in 2022 and became an official assist in that same year.
